Wondering if I can do this on warlock?
You can do this as awarlock. i certainly have been.
Sounds good thanks, will definitely try it out later
Thank you for this nice guide!
I tried it for 2 days, aprox. 40 runs total - no battered hilt drop yet, I even used potion of luck (yes, in heroic mode). I really want to get the drops because hilts are 14k+ in my realm.
Doing this as warlock ilvl540, Had problems surviving at first couple of runs but got hold of it. Doing same big pulls as OP and aoeing them down in seconds now. Having some problems in some runs, some how I keep getting dismounted and I don't know by who.
Right now I can't do many runs because I lack a remote vendor (getting mammoth mount asap). How many runs did OP do in the video, were you just lucky to get 2 hilts?
Some rep+ and CoreCoins sent!

Hello mate,
Thanks for the rep and corecoins! Appreciate it! <3
I always do 10 runs! I takes me about 30 minutes. I also don't have a portable vendor so what I do I port to Shrine, sell, take portal to Dalaran, flyback. I still do it under 30 min all together. I sold over 30 hilts in 3-4 weeks or so.
If you pull like I do in the video, there's no chance of you getting dismounted. I don't know what would dismount you when you're ahead of the pack. If you somehow get behind casters will throw some disorientation ability and dismount you. Also sometimes I accidentally right click the mob and dismount myself so I have to finish gathering mobs in travel form.
On lucky day I get 3-4 hilts, that's in around 80-100 runs. But there were stretches when I didn't get any in 2-3 days.
Hope this helps and if you have any questions please feel free to ask.

nice guide, keep it up +1
@nodiac
The luck potion is meant for extra loot drops from MoP content. And doesn't work in older content fyi.
Good stuff man. I managed to get a hilt after ~30 runs, now it just needs to sell!
Also using this as a way to farm Alliance Vanguard rep.
Been doing this for a long time now mainly to make frostweave bags. It certainly is a great little money earner. Nice guide +rep.
