I want to show you here is a nice Level Spot in Dread Wastes
you should do it with a friend + a mount with 2 slots
-warlock
-hunter
-mage...

The Spot


What you gotta do
1: U must attack ( Tag ) the Mob ( Ik'thik Amberstinger )
2: And ur Friend must kill the Mob

its realy easy
and if u want u can use a potion of luck ( gold is always great )

128,000xp per kill and u get 6 kills p/m
128,000 x 6 = 768,000
768,000 x 60 = 46,080,00xp in h

because the mobs have to many range

Being rested shouldn't be a requirement to make it a good leveling spot.. Besides, if your numbers from the OP are from rested then this is useless.
There are plenty of guides here with leveling spots that grant ~60k per kill. And some doesn't require you to have a geared 90 to boost you.
