Drums of Rage have no level restriction so you can make them and send them to a low level and use them, its only 25% haste but still better then 0, and its great for low level BGs

This is quite a boost at low level but its not an exploit.

Ye ^^ Drums of Rage are awesome, also if people didn't know already you can use these in Brawlers Guild Arena - It's pretty good if your class doesnt have a bloodlust spell
