new/old shoulder enchant for healers :>

hey,
when I was doing some quest I found enchant for healers for only 70g that gives 210int and 160spirit enchant it's old aka from wotlk but it scales to 90lvl. Item it's BOA so u can transfer it to your alt... u need to do some quests to unlock this npc
