Make a few k gold without even bothering

This might have been posted before, can't really tell. Was just feeling like sharing something worthy with the community.

What you will be going for is farming (by using a simple fishing bot) Deviate Fish and cooking them into Savory Deviate Delight and later on sell them on the AH.

What you'll need:
1. WoW (duh?)
2. A fishing bot (I really recommend you use EWT DOWNLOAD HERE)
3. To be afk
4. A few gold coins
5. 30 mins

First off, start by heading to your auction house and searching for Recipe: Savory Deviate Delight. As you can see, the price isn't really that high and on my server I can find them listed for 70s. Yes, 70s.
Then find a way to quickly level your cooking to 85 and learn the recipe.

What will you do with this?

Simply configure the fishing bot to your liking (the bot is quite user friendly + you have a lot of useful info on the topic of the bot itself) and get to the good old Wailing Caverns cave entrance in Northern Barrens:

That little lake is where you'll find Schools of Deviate Fish.
Now simply create a profile walking around the lake (don't forget to bring a fishing pole with you) and configure the pool farming thing by adding the OBJECT DISPLAY ID to the OBJECTS TRACKED TAB (discover it by mousing over the school with the tool to find the display running which is also included inside the bot).

After this is all set simply go afk, watch a movie, hang out with your gf, friends, go smoke a cigarrette, go to the toilet, eat pizza, and all that healthy stuff you should be doing.

When you get back you should have your bags stacked up on Deviate Fish and some lockboxes that don't need to be lockpicked and contain all sorts of low level crafting materials (which sell quite good on the AH as well).

What are you doing now? You are cooking the hundreds of Deviate Fish you just fished and open all of the lockboxes. After that, you'll list all of the stuff worth listing (no minor mana pots nor healing pots ofc), like Medium Leathers, Bolts of Wool Cloth and of course, Savory Deviate Delight on the auction house.

After that just wait a few hours and you'll see that gold dropping on your mailbox. You can make around 1k if you are 1-2 hours away (at least I can).

I'd suggest downloading the auctioneer addon and actively scan the auctions you just listed to see if you were undercut, if you were undercut, simply re-list them for quicker profit.

Quite approximative, there's a huge difference between 1k in an hour or 1k in two hours. BtW i don't find this interesting. BUT : Thanks for the share, i mean it.

I just found a few of savory deviate delight, about 3 of them sold on my AH for 7g each but no one bought them... The demand seems too low and I'm on a VERY high pop server

I see a guy spamming this on my server every once in awhile. I monitor the Undermine journal to see where those sales are at and they are flat.

People only buy it because you transform into a Human. It is quite stylish I must say . If no one bought them maybe it was only bad luck. I can sell them quite good, I generally sell 120 Savory Deviate Delight in a few hours on the AH, posting them on stacks of 5.

I find this method quite good, think everyone should give it a try if you are looking to get some gold without any effort whatsoever.

Used to make a killing with these in wotlk, then blizz made the recipe drop rate massive and it pretty much killed the market. Still, could be good profit if nobody else is doing it on your realm.

People have been botting and hustling deviates since Vanilla... demand jumps around as the item is purely cosmetic, and easy to acquire.

I find the demand quite high at all times as a lot of people don't find it as easy to get as most of us around here that are used to deal with bots, exploits and such and sometimes don't even know how to acquire it and just know the fish will turn them into a cool pirate or ninja. So I still think this is a quite stable method.
