Leveling from 85 to 90 on Timeless Isle - 10-25M xp per hour - solo

Does this still work? i was grinding them with a lvl 90 hunter friend and they gave me about 6.2k exp going from 84 to 85. (grinding the turtle beach) i'm not sure if those are the number i should be aiming for?

If you're in a group, you lose a lot of EXP compared to soloing them.

If you solo, you'll get between 16K-18K a kill... at least from my experience that is.

It is a good farming spot... probably the best for 85-90 right now.

I'm having a really rough time with this as a level 86 arms war. I think I'll come back at 87 and try again.

Worked like a charm on my hunter. 5 spawns, easilly soloable, after i got to 87 i even killed bird spawns while waiting for respawn, also if you are on low pop server like me, that rare worm there that spawns with his adds solo gives over 1m+ xp and is easilly soloable as hunter. Meantime i was killing time with doing dungeons for quests just to kill monotony a bit. Didn't count how much time it took me from 85 to 90 but it was fastest way i ever did it. Awesome find

Excellent as a warlock, pretty bad as a rogue. You can avoid their attacks on a warlock by just staying at a distance, rogues don't really have that luxury and haven't got the stats to just tank and burn them.

If you are melee and cant solo them try to find a priest (since they can bubble and mind sear) or dps that can kill the adds after you have tagged them. I did that for a friend on his pala. I waited for him to tag them and then i killed them all on my hunter. Playing a class that can remove poison also helps some. Good luck.

Frost Bomb, target the middle one, after that blizzard and like 80% of them will be dead. As frost mage its EZ...

shield, renew, Mindsear and cure disease should do the trick.

so i tried this just 5 min ago. but cure disease was removed long ago and using purify doesnt do the trick. the debuffs is poison type :/ so any idea ?

Shield yourself before pull then throw mind sear after this theres two methods either take some poisons on you and continue to aoe or start outrunning them right way after few ticks of mindsear and repeat. Quite lot slower than just standing still but can be done pretty easily

i got this now ! thx anyway.. just pull the mobs and hold them on distance does the trick
