No idea for 85-90 yet, as my char is 74 now, but I'm nearly getting 2 levels by killing the last boss of a random dungeon. I am however benefitting from a few heirlooms and the triple xp RAF bonus.
The last boss + the bonus for completing a dungeon are netting me in nearly 2 levels every time. Perhaps it's still worth doing fast dungeons from 85-90. Haven't found much use out of anything else so far :/

I needed 4 hours from 86 1/2 till 90 by killing worms on timeless isle as a hunter. The respawn timer sucks, but i went through every Instance to do the dungeon quest.
At the end of lvl 88 i added the birds in my routine.
