Use Command Demon (Bulwark Skill from Voidwalker)



Awesome Health.

But your talents also changed now.

Soul shatter is now a taunt.
Twillight Ward because a complete magic school absorb.
Shadow Bolt is now a melee attack which stacks 3 times with a low cd.
18% Physical Dmg Reduction / 15% magic Reduction
Your armor jumps up to about 50k+
You also have a few cooldowns for damage reduction like UE which is 40% dmg reduction etc



Side note, this is annoying as hell in PVP.

This can work in pvp however it is not a viable talent selection for pvp, but you can try it

I should point out that whilst in Dark Apotheosis, Twilight Ward becomes Fury Ward.

It not only absorbs all schools of magic damage like the OP said, but ALL damage. (even Physical). It has 2 charges, and scales with spell power. Each charge has a 10 sec CD, so essentially you can chain shield and not take any damage whatsoever if the first shield doesnt get broken within 10 secs.

The only difference between a warlock DA tank and a proper tank is the lock tank has no avoidance and gets less damage reduction from the armor than the proper tanks. So easily viable to tank random HC's and be a FC in RBG's, but raid tanking is a no-go unfortunately

Soul link + sac = 20% more life

Also sig warlocks do get more armor, check your armor it shoots up to like 60k+

Just tested it and SL is not giving more life. And even in tooltip there is no info about health(Only one thing, that it's reducing you'r minion health by 50%). Maybe i am doing something wrong but... Entering stance, Summoning Voidwalker, using Soul Link and then Grimoire of Sacrifice. After that, with lock's buff i have 608k hp (500 ilvl). BUT even if i wont use soul link, the health would be totally same (608k).

No 600k HP sounds about right. I have 505k hp at 518ivl without the 20% which would be an additional 100k

Yes, but those 20% is not from SL. Even if you will use SAC without SL you will still gain health from voidwalker. Thats why i dont see any point in using SL.

You cant use Soul Link when you dont have a pet, the 20% extra HP is a passive effect when you Sac your pet from Grimoire of Sacrifice and have the Soul Link talent selected. It doesnt show in the tooltip because it's a tooltip bug.
