A decent skinning spot (68+ druids, 70 reg)

Well since im not too sure if its been posted about or not i figure i may as well post about it here....

To start with i would like to say that i play wow in a very laid back way, i hate overagroing, and i hate areas with uncontrollable agro. This area was nice for times when i had to go piss, get a drink, answer the door, take / make a phone call, etc.... since NONE of the monsters agro. You farming cobra scales / knothide. the enemies (cobras spawn in the circled area on the map below, respawn is about as fast as you can kill them, and cobra scale drop rate is a STEADY 5%. i managed to get about 3-4 / hour farming as a 70 lock. if you have mining theres also 2-3 adamantite deposits nearby (for all you skin / miners... esp profitable on my server)

Location: 19,35 nagrand. look on your map (metamap users use show unexplored if your not already) you will see 2 caves in the area, thats where you want to go, theres a small plateau in that area where theres owls (unkillable, no loot if you do kill them) and cobras. good luck

I just went there and in less than 5 minutes I'm at 4 scales, no hassling with other mobs, and there are plenty of the snakes that die fast, so you likely won't run out of snakes to kill.

i went there got 4 scales in 10 minutes as a resto shaman.... sold each for 20g, i love you so much for posting this, now i gotta lvl my druids skinning up and ill be rollin in the dough +rep for sure

I've been using that for a longer time, and sometimes you get 1 [Cobra Scales] in 30 mins. other times, you get 10 in 20 mins. - It's all about luck, but still a great place

Well, now everyone knows.

The owls don't attack you. They do an emote that says "<The name of the owl> Senses danger and flees" its hard to catch up to them and kill

Just went to check it out, no Cobrascales yet, but it is indeed a good farming spot that not many people know about.
