MoP Blue and Green Farming (instant respawns)

Hi all, I'm going to show you a spot where you can get some of the highest drop rates of MoP Blues and Greens, on instant respawn timers.

The Mobs you will be farming are these <Wayward Ancestor>

And the route you shall be taking is <Here>

These mobs have a 1 in 200 chance to drop <Bjam's Door Breaker> which is BiS for any Plate DPS or Blood DK twink lvl 80

These mobs can drop motes but at a low chance than some of the more favoured spots in the guides section, I also got a lot of 83-85 greens here.

EDIT: The rare Morgrinn Crackfang can spawn here also.

Well the blues are rare, I wouldn't expect them to drop in the first hour, but botting it overnight would net you 1 or 2

I'm also interested to see how much exp per hr these mobs give, can't tell atm cos im on lvl 90, if anyone can give it a shot, might be good for lvling

A lot, yes and no.

Use it while it lasts. Don't know what happens to the items that are already used by lvl80s. The fix might be that they raise the lvl-requirement / lower the iLVL / remove them...

there are in no way instant respawns, it takes about 2-3 mins for them to respawn after killed..
also..the spot is not really bootable since there are walls, trees, stairs and all kind of spots where a bot will get stuck....
you can check these mobs that are close by... Outcast Sprite - NPC - World of Warcraft ... they also drop lvl 80-85 gear and it's in a clear area, and they do respawn in 10-20secs max...but usually instant ..

I was actually farming this spot on my 85 dk with another 85 in party. not great xp but the rare spawn did pop up and dropped an epic mace for my dk
