Mage spellsteal 40% dmg 40% haste 2 min

Hello. I was lvling in Dragonblight on my lvl 74 mage, and i found this guy Magister Keldonus - NPC - World of Warcraft

He uses a spell Might of Malygos - Spell - World of Warcraft . And you can spellsteal that one.

Since he is a questmob, he have a really quick respawn timer, and the spell can stack more than twice ( i had going on 3 stacks )

Since it reduces those so drastically, I don't think you would get much benefit from it


EDIT: Also on a WoWhead comment,
"summon does cancel this buff.
Strategy with spellstealing + summoning to raid won't work "


So, useless I would assume, but cool nonetheless.
