ABOUT
Besides my main character I have two more characters that I wanted to level to 90.
I wanted them to get to 90 with the least effort, without a really quick need to get them there, and LEGIT!
This guide basically tells you how to level a level 87 toon to level 90 in a 25 days span. And that with only 9 days that have a 1 hour grind session or less.
It personally took me 45 minutes for 9 days to get from 87 to 90, thats a total of 6 hours and 48 minutes!

WHAT YOU NEED
- A character that just dinged 87
- Preferably your character is in a guild that has at least level 6 so you have the FastTrack bonus
- Patience (cause you have to pause levelling two times) to get bonus rested XP for optimal levelling

HOW DOES IT WORK?
There are 4 mobs in Kun-Lai Summit, they are called: Musaan the Blazecaster, Akonu the Embercaller, Harala the Firespeaker and Pao-kun The Pyromancer.
I noticed that 1 kill gave me about 65K XP while being rested at level 87. So those 4 kills gave me about 260k experience.
To my great surprise the 4 NPC’s were respawning within 60 seconds after they died and I could repeatedly get 260k experience per minute.
I tried out for a couple of hours and I had an average of 10 million XP per hour. Optimally it could be 15.6 million XP per hour, but there were also other people there killing the NPC’s.
Level 87 to 90 takes 69.420.000 XP. Without rested it’s a 14 hour grind. I combined this knowledge with the rested bonus principle and created myself an optimal schedule of doing the least to get to 90 in only 25 days

WHAT DO I DO?
1) Park your character at an inn for exactly 10 days, which will give you 30 bubbles rested.
2) On day 11 go to Kun-Lai Summit and grind Musaan the Blazecaster, Akonu the Embercaller, Harala the Firespeaker and Pao-kun The Pyromancer. They are pretty close together, walking distance. Grind them until you have grinded 8 million XP. This should take less than 1 hour. Don’t do more than 8 million for optimal rested bonus.
3) Park your character at the Kota Basecamp (Neutral) or at a nearby inn of your faction (Westwind/Eastwind Rest)
4) On day 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, repeat steps 2 and 3
5) After day 16 park your character at the Kota Basecamp (Neutral) or at a nearby inn of your faction (Westwind/Eastwind Rest) for 6 days
6) On day 23, 24, 25, repeat steps 2 and 3.
7) You are now level 90. TIP: Gather some fitting 405-gear in the Dread Waste

MY OWN EXPERIENCE
I levelled two of my alts with this schedule from level 87 to level 90 in a span of 31 days. The 8 million a day I did in an average of 45 minutes. So I spend only 6 hours and 48 minutes to level 1 character from 87 – 90.
But that’s really character-dependant.

They give MORE xp below 87... but harder to kill...

On lvl 87 they give around 65k per kill, lvl 88 60k, lvl 89 55k... but since it becomes easier to kill, you get and equal amount of XP/hour.
Also make sure to do this alone and not in a group... that will decrease XP...

Last time remember it was 65.. But could be changed.. Still max per hour would be 13.2 million... Should be enough to do 8 million :-)

Guild perks involvement/rested xp etc... Those things could affect
