Making gold with vegetables {meat,fish->vegies}

Hello OwnedCore! In this guide I want you to show you, where to farm meat/fishes for later exchange to vegetables.
First of all, your best friends are 2 NPC from HalfHill in the Valley of Four Winds. One is named Merchant Cheng who sells Empty [Panda Cooking Ingredient] Container's



and other one is Nam Ironpaw who sells the following items for 1 Ironpaw Token.




[ ! ] Let's go further more. There is a lot of kind of Empty Containers, but I'll suggest you to choose these ones:

1.Empty Golden Carp Container (Combine 60 Golden Carp into a Bundle of Groceries, which is very easy to get.)
2.Empty Reef Octopus Container (Combine 20 Reef Octopus into a Bundle of Groceries )
3.Empty Raw Crab Meat Container (Combine 20 Raw Crab Meat into a Bundle of Groceries)
4.Empty Raw Tiger Steak Container (Combine 20 Raw Tiger Steak into a Bundle of Groceries)
5.Empty Raw Turtle Meat Container (Combine 20 Raw Turtle Meat into a Bundle of Groceries )

You can fish these in any open water in Pandaria. But I'll suggest you Kun-Lai zone to fish. Because there is big catch rate, which is
"Open Water - Inland: Golden Carp 79%"
"Open Water - Coastal: Golden Carp 37% | Reef Octopus 30% + you can catch also Giant Mantis Shrimp 30%"



...going now on 3. because Octopus is included in first one.


There is a perfect spot for farming this at Dread Wastes, mob called Muck Sifter (got 60% chance to drop meat, which is great)



Best place for farming this kind of meat, if you are 90 ofcourse, is Windward Isle in Jade Forest. We'll faming Windward Tiger - Windward Alpha - Windward Saber (60% drop chance all of them got )




Great spot for faming turtles, is also Windward Isle, mob called Setback Turtle. Also got 60% drop chance...



After you finished farming, just go to Nam Ironpaw and change it for any vegetables you wish to resell. You'll receive 1 Ironpaw Token for each exchange. Check your AH for looking most prof. veg. and do this unlimited .



If you planning to fish whole night, im suggesting you to use NemoBot! (you can find it here on OwnedCore) and to equip yourselves with Lure Master Tackle Box (36 Slot Tackle Box, true fisherman's friend) + Heat-Treated Spinning Lure (increases Fishing by 150 for 15 minutes)

Nice guide mate, but even if I have good idea what of the food reagents, obtained with an Ironpaw Token have higher value directly sold to AH, or cooked to some nice food, and sold after, its not well known to the forum readers. Of course, some realm-differences would occur.

You can also buy x1 100 Year soy Sauce for 1 Ironpaw token. Which sold for 600-500g each on my realm but now its down to 200g~ its still profitable but very little. You can buy for example 1 stack of tiger meat for 100g turn that into 1 ironpaw token and get x1 100 year soy sauce which sells for 200g. I made around 100k from this only in few days but like I said it cant be done now on my realm anymore
