How to make some gold when MOP reach the market

Hello community, i've been studying and trying to get a few ways to make gold when MOP hit the market
For who doesnt know , at this precise moment it is important because you find a LOT of cheap stuff in the AH , stuff that will be valuable only when MOP comes out!


Why it will be only profitable when MOP comes out?
- Simply because booters will start farming new ores and new herbs and forget the old ones ( not entirely , but most of them )

Is it important to be patience?
- A person who isnt can't make gold with this method, you have to be very smart and make your move when prices are high, and dont be fooled because of the actual low prices

What kind of stuff are you talking about?
- There are a lot of stuff that will reach unbelievable prices and i might be release some new methods if i get a good feedback

But lets skip this boring speech and make some gold :P

What will you need ?
- Jewelcrafter
- Enchanter

What will you be buying ?
You will be buying obsidium ores and elementium ores ( which are extremly cheap at this moment ) and then prospect them
You can also skip this step buying the actual green cata gems :

Nightstone
Jasper*
Hessonite
Alicite

* - Jasper is the most valuable gem for this method

What will you be making ?

Alicite Pendant
Hessonite Band
Jasper Ring
Nightstone Choker

What is the next step ?

Get your enchanter and start disenchanting all the green rings / necks

EDIT : Make a macro and bind it to any key and just spam it while you're doing something else ( Watch tv or play with your smartphone )

What are you expecting the most ?

Simple , Hypnotic Dust

But why?

If you remember Infinite Dust back in WOTLK , it was really cheap, and now just check your auction house ( It will be like 2-5g each )
And just to get a simple idea you need about 600 Infinite Dust to level enchanting from 350 - 400 +

The same happens with Hypnotic Dust, you need it to level enchanting , and you need tons of it :P

If you remember this dust used to be like 50-75 silver each one about 3-4 weeks ago, now it is a bit higher , but when MOP comes out , it will reach 2-5g per (40-100g per stack) which is a LOT

Look what happened to illusion dust( lvl 50-60 items from vanilla ) but i guess its because they nerfed all instances

Kind of a repost hypnotic dust has been discussed in quite a few threads as a choke point come MoP and making gold. Thanks for the share though. Rep when I can because of the effort and time you put in

Just a macro I'm using to Disenchant what I make from Prospecting + JC:

/cast Disenchant
/use item:52306
/use item:52307
/use item:52308
/use item:52309
/use item:52492
/use item:52310
/use item:52314
/use item:52316
/use item:52312

Just bind it on "1" for instance and press it while you watch TV or run some autoclicking soft with your bags full of em. It contains every single thing you can make with those gems, and don't worry, it's not going to Disenchant anything else from your bags, tho I suggest when you're doing this, leave everything else in the bank since you're going to need all the bag space you can get.

Tho I knew this guide, it's a good contrib for the people who didn't.

Another tip is to use a scribe to make tons and tons of fortune cards while the cata herbs are cheap.
The mats for the cards will remain the same, but the prices will go up as farmers move on to the new mats.

You could've just said to stockpile on hypnotic dust, this is the ore shuffle or w/e, and it's an old guide.

A guide is something to teach you all the info about something!
When you're trying to make anything, try to put some effort on it

Fortune cards were especially good at the very beggining when the rates were unknown
Now everyone knows that the chance of getting 5000g card is minimum , its a waste of gold
Though it was good to make fortune cookies, that my friend was the way ^^

With every release of a new addon you can make a s***load of gold just by stockpiling everything
There will be thousands of twinks who wants to skill their professions and hit max level very fast = prices will go up
So you can do this with almost every mats avaible ;p
