Hi, firstoff it may not work on your server!

You need:
An Enchanter (475 or higher)
Avenger of Hyjal - friendly or higher (as best exalted)
A guild with the Perk bountiful bags

What to do:
buy any of the 5 items all of which cost 175g (at exalted rep with guild perks) or 250g with no guild perks or rep

Bladed Flamewrath Cover
Durable Flamewrath Greatcloak
Flowing Flamewrath Cape
Rippling Flamewrath Drape
Sleek Flamewrath Cloak

this item can be disenchanted into a maelstrom crystal or even if you want into 2Heavenly shards via Shatter.

Macro help:
/run BuyMerchantItem(5)
/cast Disenchant
/use item:70930

The macro buys the Durable Flamewrath Greatcloak & will disenchant it.

My Server Infos:
One Cloak costs 175g, Maelstrom 170g, Heavenly Shards 100g

My math from the last 3days:

Monday:
Bought 13cloaks (13*175g=2275g) - Had 3Proccs - 3extra maelstroms
Shattered my 3Proccs into 6 Heavenlyshards
Sold all 13maelstroms (16*167g=2171g) + 6Heavenlyshards (6*98g=588g)
Profit: 2171g+588g-2275g = 484g

Tuesday:
Bought 37cloaks(37*175g=6475g) - Had 7Proccs - 8extra maelstroms
Shattered 10maelstroms into 20 heavenlyshards
Sold 32maelstroms (32*171g=5472) + 20Heavenly shards (20*96=1920g)
Profit: 5472+1920-6475 = 917g + 3Maelstroms

Wednesday:
Bought 25Cloaks (25*175g=4375g) - Had 7Proccs - 9extra maelstroms
Shattered 12maelstroms (3from yesterday) into 24Heavenly shards
Sold 16maelstroms (16*167g=2672g) + 24Heavenly shards (24*96=2304g)
Profit: 2672g+2304g-4375g= 601g

It may not be much profit, but its max. 10minutes of work each day.
