How to be "Realm First! level 90"

Anyone knows if actually is better to grind dungeons while questing or just grinding in a worthy spot (athene style) ?
eventually someone got some suggests about the grinding spot ?

I don't think so. i think you get alot of XP doing the instance once. (the quests) you saw Athene did the shoreline in Twilight highlands in Cata.

So after playing som beta for some hrs. i did 3Instances @ level 85 with a premade char. i gained 2mill xp. doing the quest's in one and just doing the other one

70-80 was easily done in one sitting.
80-85 was easily done in one sitting.
Will 85-90 be the same or require a few days work?

Actually the best 80-85 is the way of grinding ?

80-85 is Doing Quest's with hairlooms, in a level 25guild. while you do the instances ONCE for the quests.

I'm not sure if the Firelands daily's are to be trusted. They change everyday, so I wonder if you can pick them up and then hand them in the next day. I thought they acted different from the Tol Barad daily's, so that's why I ask.

I haven't found any good information yet, but what zones are you doing? Should I go to Valley OTFW as soon as I hit 86, or finish up Jade Forest, then maybe go to valley for the last 30%, then Kun'Lai at 87?

If anyone has done a lot of trial runs I would really appreciate the info.

You have to switch zones as soon as you hit the next level. Doesn't matter how many quests you've completed in Jade Forest, if you dinged 86, you gotta run to Valley OTFW.

If you plan on getting realm first level 90 Monk, you HAVE to do the RAF to get your monk to level 81 ASAP!

Basically, just kill a couple of mobs at level 1 and then grant to level 80. And after you have granted that last level. You will be level 80 and have 99% exp for level 81

Sorry, My English is bad. But.. I created character and got him 99% exp on level 1. Then I granted him 2 levels and my character became 3 level with 30% exp.
What am I doing wrong?
