Could you specify "tested" ?

I wasn't the original tester, but I just logged onto a level 85 on the beta and tested it for myself.

All of the quests I could find in my log advertised 111,000 exp to me (w.o any buffs or guild perks or heirlooms). I equipped both of the cataclysm heirlooms (cloak and head) and it still only offered 111,000 xp.

Just to make sure, I killed some mobs with and without the heirlooms. Both sets of kills yielded the exact same amount of xp.

Sweet Guide man! id also recommend using potion's of swiftness etcetc to improve your movement speed while killing quests or when you are in places you cant mount. every little thing counts! I tried Realm's first back in Wotlk, was 1/2 bar away from doing it!
