So I know someone has posted this but I actually have successfully done this with a valid credit/debit card.
You will be recruiting and then return the product.
You basically RaF a new account and buy the Battle chest + 2months. this would be a 50 dollar charge but you will be asking for your money back and you get to keep the Mount and 1 month time on the Recruiting account. you will still get charged 50 immediately. I got this all resolved within a day of posting a ticket up it has worked for me and it should work for everyone else. You basically follow a normal format when you ask for the refund to make it quite quick.
You make a ticket with the account you bought the Raf and 2 month gametime should look like this
Action: Refund
Reason for Refund/Exchange; I do not like this game and i would like to return it and get my money back
Battle.net Account E-mail Address: your battle.net you used
Name: Name on battle.net account
Order Number: ##########
Description and Cost of Merchandise: WoW Battle Chest and 2 months game time (digital) $49.97 (whatever currency you used)
After some time they will reply and say that your account will be refunded.
The account that I used to recruit still has the game time and mount still on the account.
the have removed the 2months time and battle chest from the recruited account so i know the refund went through.
I used my Debit card and the money has been returned to it.
I would not try this more then once per account / credit card it might look fishy
