Alot gold with fishing by using MrFishIt and LootFilter!
Okay, so i found a great way to farm valuable fishes without getting those unwanted fishes.
Getting Started:
First of all you need to setup MrFishIt fishing bot, or any other fishing bot.
(Not allowed to post links too much, but you can find it in these forums. Search for it!)
After getting MrFishIt working you need to download LootFilter addon from any site.
Download Loot-Filter from Curse here.
Setting up Loot-Filter:
After you have installed Loot-Filter log into your wow character and type /lootfilter in the chat. Setup the addon as shown in the image.

After the setup just start fishing for the fishes. Great way to make money while in school, work or sleeping etc.
Profit:
On my realm Lavascale Catfish sells for around 170g per stack. I got 43 Lavascale Catfishes in 40 minutes, so its around 60 fishes in 1 hour. If you fish for 6 hours while sleeping its around 360 fishes per night. 360 / 20 * 170 = 3060g in one night.
The prices may wary in other realms but gives a clue about the income.

There is pools for almost everyfish, but they have respawn times from 15-25 minutes.
With the Loot-filter installed you can fish anywhere and not catch junk fishes. The zones for different fishes are:
Deepsea Sagefish: Uldum, Twiligh Highlands - Any lake or coastal area.
Lavascale Catfish: Uldum, Deepholm - Any lake or coastal area.
Fathom Eel: Vash'jir - Any water.
Highland Guppy: Twilight Highlands - Mainly from pools, but can get from any waters.
PS. You can set your bot to throw at a pool where is the fish you want to catch, so everytime the pool respawns you automatically fish from it.

I actually advise not doing that. It is better to fish somewhere hidden, where you will not be reported, than to fish out in the open near a pool. Are a few extra fish worth your account? There are lots of places that you can find which are basically hidden from view -- perfect botting locations.
Also, I would actually sell the Blackbelly Mudfish instead of deleting them; you can get a few gold per fish. The only fish that are actually useless are Sharptooth, Murglesnout and junk (of course). You will almost definitely not catch junk if your fishing level is high enough though (lure, fishing hat, fishing line, fishing pole etc.)
Also maybe add in your guide about buying the 32 slot fishing bags. These take forever to fill up, and could probably last you the entire night of botting. They are cheap and effective.
Last but not least, it is important to find a consistent buyer! There is nothing worse than camping the AH for hours on end to sell your fish. You will lose about 10-20% selling to a private buyer, but at least it is a guaranteed sale. A good suggestion is sending messages to the Guild Master/Raid Leader of large raiding guilds -- the ones who constantly spam their DS ads in trade -- and offer to sell to them in bulk. Most guilds will not turn this down; they all have to get raid food from somewhere!
Sorry for the long post, but I felt it necessary to add my experience in the area ^.^
Happy botting!

Thanks for advices Batesii!
Im selling most of my fish to my guild, but now that the MoP is coming out there isnt that many buyers out there. You can use this strategy for fishing in MoP too and earn some great money!
