[How to] +10% to stats for 5 minutes

Hey guys, just messing around at the DMF and found something cool. At the Tauren Chieftain concerts, if you /cheer at one of the band members, you gain a buff that gives you +10% increased stats for 5 minutes. 5 minutes doesn't like much, but get 9 (or 24) people with that buff, and it may give you that little push you need!

Better take advantage of this while the DMF is up.

If it's a re-post, delete. If it's posted in Elite, delete. If a contributor or higher wants it posted in Elite, I have no problem with you moving it there.

How is it not an exploit? You are gaining 10% stats for 5 minutes, which on Heroic encounters can be the deciding factor between wiping and getting that phat loot.

Let's take my ret pally as an example
He has 5950 str and 12325 AP self buffed.

With the buff he would have 6545 strength and 13557.5 AP

That's quite a nice bonus

This is intended, but I'll add this:
The fortuneteller will also give you +10% to any primary stat depending on how you do the story. Play with it and find out which "path" gives you the buff you need--This buff lasts 2 hours. Also worth noting, these buffs do not persist through death as far as I know, so you really only have one shot on them.

An exploit is something in the game that helps you that wasn't intended for use in game; ie: Be able to fly and cast spells.

Having a NPC buff you after a intended emote, sounds like the developers put that in there for an intended use. Now if this buff was obtained by means of mind controlling or spell stealing, then that is more of an exploit but still on the fence. But given they literally give you the buff from something that was written in the npc scripting and what not, it's not an exploit in my opinion.
