Grisly Trophy made EVEN EASIER

So ive seen alot of guides on several sites to finish this quest fast, but I think ive found by far the fastest way to do this (execuse if repost)

in icecrown around Icecrown citadel , there are Death Knight Initinates and an Elite DK lord or w/e, the initiates have very low hp and are around 14-20 of them on each spot (3 spots) kill them, move to next Dk spot 2 (maximum of 5 seconds travel) Kill next pack of them, fly back to spot 1 and they should have respawned in the seconds it took you to kill the second pack. This works better then converted heroes due to the distance between and respawn timer, this is by far fastest way to get this quest done ive found so far.
