Common sense or not, I'm always encouraging people to post as much stuff as they can find. Of course I'd like to see only useful things, but let's motivate people to go back there and keep on "digging" as much stuff as they can. You'll never know when you get hit by some very useful info from some guy you encouraged to "farm info"

Indeed, I'd rather play AH/bot/etc to make my gold than spend my VP on it, as I'm trying to get as much gear as I can for the heroic DS.

It may be common sense but it's still good to be reminded. I forgot about BOE bracers as they were selling at best 500g to 700g on my server. With the new gears for 4.3 the new bracers are sure to sell much better than "less than 1kg" 20k-40k may be a bit unrealistic but it depends on server population.

to get 2900 for both you need ti be in a 3rd week of 4.3!!! Also you won't have enough for 1 in 1st week so i don;t know how can this be good, you need to farm, lets say 9 hours for 1250 VP but probably much more. And also common sense.

Although it could be presented better, the idea behind is actually good, and something that many people overlook. Selling new items in the first weeks of patch is an easy way to make gold if you're not a hardcore raider who wants to pay alot for fast small upgrades.

If you could sell VP bracers or boots for 40k on the 2nd week (might even get much more from hardcore raiders), but you rather spend those VP for your own gear, you're essentially "paying" 40k for that piece of gear. if you could wait couple weeks it may "cost" you only 10-20k. Especially if you've lot of alts who can easily grind VP, you can ask yourself is it worth losing 20k gold or more just to get that 1 upgrade 1-2 weeks earlier, if you don't at least try to sell VP BoEs.

Same thing with epic gems, if you can sell a gem for 10k I'd do it instead using myself for marginal gain, and after 2 weeks I can buy 10 of them for the same money.

This is poorly presented, so I wont be repping. But it's still nice to be reminded.

Also, maybe present some strategy since there are both boots and bracers for sell. A total of 3k can be made in 3 weeks, and you would be able to buy one pair of boots and one bracer, two bracers, or one boot if you choose to only do boots. You have to remember that as every week continues, there is significantly less demand.

Therefore, check out what is being bought the most and and overflow the supply. I personally do this on multiple toons. I start by killing the bracer price and leaving only boots to be competative. You do this by selling bracers on a few toons and then saving for boots the following week.

A friend of mine however chose to start with boots, since they were more valor and would then sell for more. We both averaged 15k on boots and 12k on bracers the first week. We are down to 8-9k for bracers and 10k for boots.
