Protect youself from scammers when selling accounts via paypal

Hey im not sure if others have used this method but I had a quick look but couldnt find these steps.
I was recently scammed from an accouunt I sold because the buyer pretended the paypal transfer was unauthorised.
So I was thinking of ways of making the sale alot more scam proof so to speak. nothing is 100% perfect but i
believe If we take these steps when selling an account it should make it so that we are protected as sellers via paypal.

1. Advertise your account the way you would normally. to attract a buyer. But add the following clauses inthe sale.
2. When buyer pays for account, send the account details (not including secret password) on a piece of papper printed or
written whatever you fancy to the paypal address of the buyer. make sure it is to this adress. use a courier service that
requires a signature upon delivery.
3. when you have confirmation that the account details have been delivered. give the secret pass by msn.
4. make sure you have screen shots of your conversations, agreements, ect. probably a good idea to ask for name and adress by
msn or whatever im you use and screen shot the answers. if A scammer goes to these extremes to scam your account you will have an
overwhelming amount of evidence to supply to paypal if a dispute occurs.

If you dont take theese kinds of steps its easy for paypal to rule against you. you can loose your account plus the money paid for it.
you have to phone blizzard and make some excuse about how they found your secret pass, supply original cd-keys if your lucky to have them,
and if the account is restored toy you. guaranteed you have no gold or items left on that account.

I realise that these steps can also lead to sellers scamming a buyer so id stress genuine buyers to backup evidence with plenty of screenies
as well of the same things.for evidence.

Another possible step is to list your Item on ebay or a similar site.lets take ebay as an example. It does not support virtual items and
the many disputes selling them can involve. But if your basically advertising a piece of paper with account details on it.
it is then I believe supported by ebay so you can now sell your account on their site and have an added piece of scamming protection, since your
selling a physical item on ebay!

I hope this will help sellers ship their accounts safer and with more confidence of not beeing scammed.
I wrote this guide myself I have not copied it anywhere. if any other similar guides are out there then it is coincidence I came up with the idea
myself.

Or you can simply make a stealth account, withdraw all money from it once you receive it and then forget about that account. + You can scam person who is buying your account depending on transaction agreement.
