Very quick 150k XP (For 83-84)

Just ran across this leveling my new main, dinged me over to 84.
This NPC corresponds to this quest, but you don't have to have the quest to see him. Occasionally he will spawn in the quest area as an 84 Elite.
Despite being an elite, he is fairly easy to kill as a 83 Rogue in quest gear, so I think this might be some sort of bug. Killing him nets you a clean 150k experience points for minimal effort, and it is repeatable, thought I'm not sure how long his timer is. I just revisited the area without finishing that quest throughout my leveling in Uldum for a boost to my XP/H.

He's bugged. he spawns often but you have to initiate an event to kill him.

Plus, there are invisible monsters that are underneath the floor that like 1/2 shot you.

Kite him to the river if you want to kill him

Like I said, I'm not really sure, never took the time to sit and wait for him to respawn after a kill.

It wasn't for me. Just walked up and ganked him with no troubles.

For how much did he hit you for? Is it worth standing around waiting for a respawn when i could easily get 100k exp by just doing a dungeon?

I think this was hotfixed. Mob didn't give any experience.
