New fishing spots.

Hey there ! Just wanted to share something with you.

I know some of you are using those wall hacks just to be invisible for other players, so theres a very low chance of getting banned.

What I discovered was that the Volatile Water, Lavascale's has a HUGE droprate inside heroics.

The highest "fishrate" is from "The Battle for Gilneas" & "Tol Barad Peninsula" which also is a risk of getting reported.

In "Lost City of the Tol'vir" the following fish and other materials will drop;

Sharptooth: 47%
Lavascale Catfish: 27%
Blackbelly Mudfish: 14%
Volatile Water: 5%
Murglesnout: 0.02%

I've seen alot of people destroying the Blackbelly Mudfish.. which I found very stupid, since they are needed to cook the following recipe: Blackbelly Sushi & Mushroom Sauce Mudfish. Both of them are used for tanks, so save all of your Blackbelly Mudfish for Cooking.

If your cooking skill is too low, start cooking for a higher skill. This is when the sharptooths comes handy. When you reach 475 I found cooking pretty hard to gain more skills without wasting shit loads of gold. BUT, then I found this: "Fish Fry"
475 - Orange
490 - Yellow
500 - Green
510 - Grey

Cook those until your skill is higher than 500.
Then start cooking the tank food I wrote about above.

Cooking is a good secondary prof, which will make you alot of gold if you just use it the right way. My trick is to turn on my SFisher at night, without destroying any of the materials above. In the morning, I cook everything I could, and put it all on the AH.

You might be thinking it's not much you make, but over a night(usually 8 hours of sleep) If a stack of the tank food is below 50g, wait a couple of hours. That's what I usually do. Or simply buy everything that's on the AH and put em out abit higher.

My theory:
While inside an heroic/dungeon what so ever, either blizzard or other players dont give a shit about what you're doing.
Other players may think that you're runing the dungeon over and over again.
In most of the cases other player(s) report you for using a BOT, and blizzard takes care of the rest. So, it all starts with another player reporting you. And that you dont want to happen, so my tip for you is to use some kind of stealth to get to a certian place inside the heroic.

I play a mage, so simply Glyph your invis, (40% increased runspeed while invis)
If you're not any invis class, theres alot of potions that you can use. Often comes with a 10mins CD. But it's worth it, you got my word about that.

Volatile water comes handy in crafting epics, Truegold(get a transmute master alchemist) or just to be put on the AH. However, over 7 hours(with alot of luck I guess) I had 200 volatile water that I kept in my bags until the price were 10-15gold EACH volatile.

so, that's about 2000gold for a stacks. Pretty sweet for sleeping? Yes it is.

This is really brilliant. Been doing it for days, leaving pirox bot on overnight and waking up to a bag full of liquid cash.
One question about the screenshot tho, are those volatiles from a single night of fishing? I left my bot on for 8:30 hours and caught only 48 of them (525 skill+75 lure).

few tips from my end:
- Use Peerblock while wow is active so Battle.net goes offline and your RealID friends can't go and poke your bot.
- Assuming you're using your main account for this, use a character that isn't in a guild.
- For those of you fishing here using a bot that uses key bindings I've made this macro for it that'll keep your bags clean of grays and the worthless Sharptooth fish (not used for any buff cooking recipe, doubt anyone'd buy it off the AH)

Don't want to make a new topic about it. But ZG and ZA u can fish volatile water/Striped Lurker and Sharptooth for the fish botters. And don't get disturbed by hunters etc who can track you on minimap.
