Level a new character on any server while getting BOA gear.

I recently switched to a more populated server and went alliance since they have faster BG ques. I however had no desire to level a fresh character with no BOA gear. It being WSG Weekend the very best weekend to level 10-50.

I went from 10-60 in 3 days over the weekend just botting bgs. But what to do with all this excessive honor? You def don't want to buy the crap honor gear at level 30-40-50-etc. Because it doesn't scale. Now like I said I had just made this character so i'm still rocking low level gear but get around 1-2k honor at night even at these low brackets(GG instant que allis)

There's two ways to buy BOA gear with honor. First you need to go to any major city. Ask for a mage to port you to dalaran, I usually get a free port if I say im new and have very little gold. At the same time you should be asking for anyone with a 2 person mount, so that they can fly you from dalaran to wintergrasp. If you don't own it at the time fly to a rooftop and log out until next battle to see if you win.

The second method requires less help from others. Just need to find a mage to portal u to dalaran. Die in anyway so that u can fly in ghost form to wintergrasp. Once at wintergrasp run to your related faction gy. (Important: LOG OUT so that you will not be ported back to your orginial graveyard.) LOG back in and take the resc. Now your in wintergrasp and hopefully you control it, if not just log out until next battle, or keep grinding bgs.

The vendor sales a few items that you can buy solely with honor. Trinket/weapons/shoulders.

This is a very good way to get BOA gear on new characters that you start on fresh realms.

Everyone knows that BoA gear can be bought for honor, but imo its better to spend honor on other stuff. At 80, you can do the argent tournament dailies and get heirlooms very fast.

doing the argend tournament quests for BoA takes forever. you could probably become lvl 85 while doing the quests...

First, it takes days of dailies to even get the reputation to be eligible to buy the BoAs.

Second you can't buy the 85 gear until you actually ARE 85 so I'm not sure what else you'd want. It pops up an error message if you try. I capped honor on my DK before the release and now I "lose" honor every time I run a battleground.

Same goes for the JP gear unfortunately.
