Now that Gamon is an 85 elite, you could use him to harass random loiterers in Orgrimmar.

Basically the trick is where you transfer your aggro to other people using spells (misdirect/tot only on group/raid of course) or just from healing you. Get your health reasonably low and ask random people to heal you. Once they started healing, aggro Gamon with the least threat as possible (or a non-damaging offensive spell) and Gamon will attack your healer. Because gamon is kinda hard to hit inside the hut, you could preferably use your pet. Use a weaker pet so it is easy or faster for gamon to kill it. Overhealing does not give aggro (iirc) so dropping your health is important.

TL;DR
1) Drop your health
2) Ask random a healing class to heal you
3) Immediately pull Gamon with the least possible threat and he will aggro and attack your good Samaritan
4) ????
5) Profit

or

1) Cast tricks of the trade (rogue) or Misdirection on hunter on a party or raid member
2) Pull gamon
3) ???
4) Profit

Important note:
When your "aggro-ie" dies, your next in the aggro list so maybe take your expensive gear off before hand. +Bonus for Having vanish or Feign death.
Also another note, think like a good scammer and avoid ways people will know this trick. The sneakiest way is to use a stealth pet like a cat or a succubus. It's even better to see them clueless why gamon attacked them.

You should have probably checked first before posting. MD/TotT does not work with Gamon, he is immune to them. And this is just old.

I wish I would've read this before I invites lots of random people and tried MD on one and got oneshot by Gamon because I didnt pay attention
