Hi, I do not think that this is a re-post, and this is more common knowledge, but I have tripled my money, with every sell that I have made.
I am only a 485 Enchanter, but since the public Auction House prices on my server are as followed:
*Greater Celestial Essences - 49g 11s
*Hypnotic Dust - 13g 2s
Things can be risky, considering if you don't have a lot of gold.
First what I do, is I check the Auction house for things like
*Enchant Boots - Major Agility (the enchanting scrolls people put on Armor Vellume's)
I found that they were only 9-15g each!!!
It costs, 150-170 gold to make that enchant, and plenty of people want that enchant. I bought out, all of the scrolls on the Auction House, and I asked in Trade Chat:
/2 Selling [Enchanting: Enchant Boots - Major Agility] - 75G - MY MATS! (50-75g cheaper than street prices)
Within seconds, I usually get a few whispers, and if I don't then I lower it to 50g.. Either way, I more than triple my money.
Check for other enchant's, such as Enchant Gloves - Exceptional Strength, test around a little bit.
I hope this was useful to some of you.

Another good "pick up line" is
[2] : Need to make your boots stronger for this winter? Add some [Enchanting: Enchant Boots - Major Agility] to them, with my mats, for only 50g! (100g cheaper than street prices!)

If you do, and I will say that I have trouble trading them at times in trade chat, just because of the time of day, you can always post a bulk of them on the Auction House. Posting a lot of them on there at a time, is also a good way for you to go back and check, to make sure, that nobody has posted any on there for 19.. or even 25 gold. I post them on there at 75 gold each, and buy out any that people put on there. I have been running this type of market for over 2 weeks now, and have brought in TONS of gold. Every 30 minutes, whilst spamming in /2, I get these messages:
