I tested this out and it seems pretty reasonable. They go for around 3g a piece on my realm through the AH. Im sure if I use trade chat, I could get more.

Very cool - as an arcan e mage 5200GS I clear the mobs in roughly 10minutes getting upwards of 15-20 Sanguine Hibiscus per run. Tyvm +Rep

I've tried it, I just seem to get hit by the "to many instances zoned" problem, i 3 runs I got 65, felt lucky, but I used them on my own char to ding exalted :$ No idea how good this is profit wise yet, Ill post an update soon

got 106 in 3 runs, though i cleared the whole place, except nagas/wasps/rays or other mobs that won't drop them. 4 more runs and i should have enough 8> they sell for around 7-10g/each here.
