[Gold] Make much gold doing random heroics as a tank

Some of you may think this is common sense. But for everyone who did not think about it, I will post it.

Everyone knows random heroic queues take up to 20 minutes for a damage dealer. This is what you can exploit as a tank. Write an advertisement in the trade-chat: "skilled tank runs you through random heroics for 50g! pst me" - you will be astonished how many requests you will get.

Now you do the math. For every random heroic you can take 3 damage dealers with you. That's an amazing 150g extra for every instance run!

So, that's all, pretty simple but I hope this helped you! Happy instance-farming

I actually got the idea after someone was looking for a tank for a random heroic and offered 50g. Since then I tried it out with my warrior, and it works.

It may start to lose effectiveness if more tanks will do this.

i've done this a lot, and it really does work. when i queue as tank, i always get a group within one minute, and people really do pay to hop on the fast queue train with you.

Or you can offer them to put them in front of queue, join with them as tank but refuse the invite(or w/e was the strat). Ofc u must charge lower(maybe 20-25 gold? i would pay as a dps tbh) but u will just slack in town doing nothing.

The method he is talking about is that you join a group(as DPS) with a class that can tank(doesn't need to be in tank spec or good gear) then this will speed up the LFD que time for you, as soon as you join, have the "tank" leave and your group will be at the top of the Que for the next tank. takes 1-5min on average to find a new tank once you're in the dungeon so it can help out. Hope that helps

This does work. One of my friends with over 5.3k gs and a lot of skills, playing a prot palla, has earned 10k on 1 week.

I actually did this in TBC when there were barely any tnkas. 100-300g per run or all shards ;P

done this aswell and it really works and btw phreec even if everyone calls them DPS it wouldnt really make sense if you think about it maybe DPSers but not DPS
