    ↔Tips↔How to not get scammed.

These are some of my tips how to not get scammed. If there is thread like this then maybe better to delete this one.

    TIP NUMBER ONE:
There is no such thing as WOW Game Master hack.
There are a lot of videos on Youtube that are saying download this program,
login with your account and you will have powers.
This will send your account user name and password to someone and he can
    steal everything from your account.

    TIP NUMBER TWO:
Tip number two is about free GameCards/WowLichKing KeyCode/Cataclysm Beta.
These all are scams. You will be redicted to site that looks like WOW and you will be asked to log in.This kind of scam are Phishing sites. They will send your information to him/her.

    TIP NUMBER TREE:
Tip number tree is about addons.Download them from Curse.com if its .exe do not run it because it could be keylogger. And you will lose your details.

    TIP NUMBER FOUR:
Never share your password with anyone.Because you know him/her doesn't mean he/she won't steal something from you.Its best to keep it for only yourself.

That's it i hope i helped you if you have any questions ask me.

    And Remember:

Blizzard Employees will never ask you for your account name or password

Nice guide, most of it seems like common sense, but you never know... +3

    i have to add something.

Never log to your account ( either log to game or account manager ) from friends house or from public PC. He/IT could have keyloggers or if he/it is using firefox your pass and username can be saved and he/some1 can see it.
Stole quite a few accounts ( some wow, some FB, lots of mail account... ) that way.

But those are some helpful tips.

    1) They have A LOT of these in the scams section.
    2) These tips you are sharing are common sense.
    3) Blizzard will ask for your account name.
    4) Wrong section.
    5) Stupid guide overall.

    What you're saying is :
'Don't download and run WoW programs you find on YouTube, because they are fake! And don't run .exe addon files! Because they are nasty nasty nasty! Also - don't click links that Blizzard supposedly gives you to ask for your info o.o'

Seriously, this is ****ing ridiculous. Sorry for the flame, but you've gotta learn to search before you post. And have some common sense.

But thanks for trying to contribute... +Rep x2
