Ok so basically, with the new system that allows the trade of soulbound items for like 2 hours after receiving it, it is possible to make it easier to attain what you want by...

1. Getting A/Some Friends in a group and getting into an instance using the new dungeon finder. Random or not, does not particularly matter.

2. Beat the boss that drops what you want.

3. Everyone you know takes the item (well needs it)

4. Trade it to whoever needs it. Even the soulbound items.

I know simple simple and obvious but it works and usually quite funny

I have been doing this for months Common Sense IMO. Also in RDF you can't need on items that are not your armor proficiency.
