3: Make sure you're the leader

4: Make this macro

/tar Wild Turkey
/script SetRaidTargetIcon('target',8)

5: It will add a SKULL icon over the turkey, makes them very easy to find.

Its even easier to do the achievment of make yourself a "Tracker Snacks" from cooking, it will track beasts for 1h, i had huge problems with the achievment until i had myself a tracker snack, did it on first attempt without any problems. if u dont have cooking u can always buy them on AH cheap
