Another little gold making tip.

Every year Winterveil comes through, and people need small eggs, I'm not sure why, cookies or something.

Here are in, (My Opinion) The best spots to farm them.

Alliance!

Westfall, Anywhere you see a vulture, pull the head off. And steal it's eggs.

Horde!

Outside Silvermoon City, Dragonhawks! Same deal, de-head them and loot the eggs, I'm sure someone could whip up a botting profile for these,

Last year I made a killing off this by dominating the AH, I got (over all of Winterveil a total of 2500g~

A note on lootfilter, only allow it to filter bags that don't contain reagents / food, etc.

I made a mistake of not doing this and lost 600 symbol of kings and 100 food and water. -.-

Also if your botting, be sensible.
DON'T get banned.
DO make money.

Yes, The Small Eggs i belive are needed for a quest in which you need to cook something for Santa.
I tried last year farming these, and even though the small eggs was so high priced as 10g / each, I didn't think this was better than my other methods of makeing money.
Maybe if your around lvl 15-30 this will be good gold, but not for a 80.

Well, then it's good gold for a low level; Mind you, I was level 45 last winterveil XD.

It helped me get the stuff for my charger, and then straight after that a patch came in and you could learn it at a trainer, lol.

But still, Good gold for lowbies who don't have the luxury of a high level, =)

Excellent gold for the time it takes. Made enough gold last year doing this to get 3 toons their outlands flying mounts.

Last year I made 10k g from selling small eggs on AH. Every morning in december I farmed the moonkins in darkshore for 10 to 15 minutes.

For this I created a dk with unholy specc and On a Pale Horse for faster movement.

Also Death Grip is useful, because you don't have to walk all the way into the caves.

I guess the whole "get a protodrake for all seasonal achievements"-situation really creates some pressure.

I even sold some recipes from the winterveilvendors and cold milk to stupid people xD.

P.S. I play Alliance, so I guess outside of Silvermoon City will be better for Horde.

Owlbeasts on Azuremyst Island is a good source of eggs too.

If you want to take this a step further don't underestimate the power of the other small items. Ice Cold Milk and Simple Flour should be sold as well. And since these are such cheap investments, you can undercut way down to the quick. Also - if you end up with excess supply, keep it until the next holiday. Odds are that there is some item that will use them,

very good tip thnx allot
i made a 55 dk got him outside sivermoon(hes allie but its worth it, the 100%drop rate and sometimes dropping 2 is to good), gave him skinning and mining. set up a grinding profile for the eggs skins and ores and i think im gonna make a nice amount for my winter stock up
