you end up with '?s' if you type them in during play time so you need to ctrl+c the name then ctrl+v into the name box.

I got half of those letters already on my keyboard ^^ :
ð ** Í Ì Ó Ò ö ü ï æ ø ä î ô û ñ ê à á é è.. i didn't use alt+nutpad in any of these.. It can be done withought any sweat: use the same itemt as when you create "^^" "~~" "´´" "``" Etc..
