Go to Stonetalon Mountains if you are Horde and find Kulwia, for Alliance players go to Ashenvale and find Dalria. After you found the NPC buy these two recipe: [Enchant Bracer - Lesser Strength] - [Enchant Cloak: Minor Agility]

This one turns yellow at 165, however if 2 Soul Dust is a lot cheaper than 1 Lesser Mystic Essence, keep making these until 185. If it's not then at 165 switch to:

Go to Moonglade and find Lorelae Wintersong. She sells the recipes for the next 3 steps. [Formula: Enchant Cloak - Superior Defense] and [Formula: Runed Arcanite Rod].

Go to Outland and learn Enchanting Master.

[Enchant Chest - Major Health] is a nice alternative, if Small Brilliant Shards are cheap on your realm.

There is an alternative way, but only Blood Elves can benefit from it. Due to their Racial Ability it allows them to gain 10 free skill ups by converting a Large Prismatic Shard into three Small Prismatic Shards and back again. This way a Blood Elf can skill up from 335 to 345 using one single Large Prismatic Shard.
