Make Any Amount of Gold You Want

This is a simple way to make ANY amount of gold YOU want when Cataclysm is released or a new server is released(Blizz rarely/sometimes releases a new server.)


Many people are name whores in WoW. I take advantage of that.

When the new X-pac comes out, as you all know goblins and worgens will come with it.


By taking up name slots, you can then sell those names by getting the gold and then deleting the character and allowing the other person to take it. (This can also be turned into a scam, but I will post that in a minute here in the right section.)

General Names:
Such names you can get out of a baby book are useful as well.

My friend had wanted the name of one of my low lvl toons. So I decided to be nice and deleted him, so my friend could take it. When he tried to make the character (immediately after I deleted it) he was unable to. He then tried every day for the next week and was never able to get the name.

It does indeed work, I did it before Wrath came out with the name of my DK...
Made a tauren level 1 and called it "Deathknìght", after Wrath was released I deleted it and immidiatly remade a DK with the same name...

In your case you might have been extremely unlucky and someone else created a character with the same name as your toon (in between you deleting in and your friend creating it).

Ofcourse Blizzard could have added a limit to it since Wrath without notifying anyone.

Wrong mate.. Just tried this, I deleted my lvl 1 called "Lvlonetard" and my mate instantly got the name after delete.
