Looks good, I have a question though, the materials is based on single items and not stacks right? If anyone can answer that would be great! also +rep for the spreadsheet

Downloaded, looks really cool. Kind of confused on what to do though, fill the entire spreadsheet but where would I see the profit without having any profession?

Professions are what makes the profit. If you don't have professions personally, you'd need to ask around in trade chat. Not too sure what you mean, the first part of this spreadsheet is basically this:

(Cost of Product) - (Cost of Materials) = Profit

Simply fill in the fields that are blank.

Hehe, not quite. I designed it because, though it is possible to do most of these calculations in one's head, there are so many that it is much more efficient to simply have it done for you on a spreadsheet.

Have you entered all of the costs in correctly? You should be using auctioneer data to do so.
