1-450 Fishing in Obsidian Sanctum

Well since I got asked to give it a better layout and a few people shot my idear down i've decided to make a big edit to the thread.


In The Obsidian Sanctum you'll be able to fish in the lava, you ain't gonna be able to fish fishies up but a shitload of gray skulls and essence of fire so if your leveling your fishing + want to get gold while you do it don't use this guide, this is mainly for people who wanna bot there way from 1-450 without getting cought in one of the major citys or something. So for people that needs a guide for it here.

1. Go to Lookingforgroup channal and write **** Looking for group OS 10 or 25
2. Go and kill Sartharion so the trash isen't gonna respawn and own your ass
3. Bot or manually fish your way to 450. Disclammer; It isen't recomanded to fish here after lvl 450 since the loot aint worth bragging about.
4. Congratz your fishing is now 450.

Also i would like to give a tanks to ChildeRoland for reminding me that the trash aint gonna respawn after Sartharion is dead and that you will most likely bot undisturbed unless someone with the same raidID as you comes.

Just enter after you have killed him, and stay in group with a friend's alt or something. Nice find, +rep.

Your right there mate (: but there is gonna come a soft reset, so you most likely gotta stay till 450, or go there twice a week on 10 and 25man ill try to find a path through the trash when i come home as i said

Who says you get lvl's when your example fishing lvl 300? when your in os you get levels at 449 aswell as 1.

If you are just trying the level fishing, and not cooking, gaining skill is easy: Fish anywhere! The fastest method is described in the next section. Be cautious of "1-450 fishing guides" that instruct you to keep moving between zones: Frequently changing zones wastes a lot of travel time, and is not required unless you are leveling cooking.

As m4drock said Wailing Caverns is easier to clear than OS and you get the same affect, what would be interesting is what you can catch in OS

As i wrote, some gray quallity skull, essence of fire, and i can't remember the last thing. I have no idear but i guess you would be able to catch a sea turtle since you can fish it up anywhere in Northrend, im not ´sure about that so dont go fish in os just to get it.
