Elliminate(?) competition (Auction House)

Well, this aint an mindblowing tip but it helps alot

So me and an competition(we're top 5 richest on realm) was in a war with Ink of the Sea, I bought 3 pages with Ink of the Sea for 20g - normal price is ~50, he whispered me "I got more if you want". And I told him to C.O.D all items he had for 27g, stupid as he was he did it. So now im killing all competition and im the only one selling ink of the sea = huge profit for me, and all his inks are on my mailbox, and it'll stay there for 29 days

i think rising the prices aggroes more competition, since herbs are easily can obtained from farmers etc, you can eliminate competition with breaking their prices , then buying up everything from them on alts when they undercuts you

I have to slightly disagree. This is very very server dependant. You CAN successfully monopolize IF you have a ton of gold and can keep up with the competition. You just have to be filthy rich and smart. Ohwait, sounds like the real world

Monopoly's will definitely work on many servers with many items - Inks are actually a really good item to use this on or abyss crystals etc. I LOVE this idea... I might try it +rep
