Rewritten Chartransfer.

Cause my english sucks, when i drunk too much ;-)

If you transfer a Character, the loot from unopened items changed.

For example:
I transfered my mage 1 month ago.
I had some cracked egg, in it was a Thickbird Hatchling(pet). (I don't looted it from the cracked egg.)
I transfered the Server with the cracked egg.
Now on the new server i opened the cracked egg and now there was the Proto drake in it.

This also works if you copy your char to the PTR.

If you have a egg/box/chest etc.. and you open it and look whats in it (and dont loot it) and its - let say it was a pet - then when you transfer your character it will be something else.

Well... It could be helpful if there was some chest that had a 50% chance of giving 10000 gold, and a 50% chance of giving "Decaying Wolf Fur" or something. Other than that, it'd be way too expensive to keep on shuffling around trying it.

Well, maybe it will come useful to those who got such eggs and know they will be transfering soon, check the loot, and if you don't like it, just wait with looting it until' you've migrated. Might not be that useful to everyone, but who knows, it's something atleast!

This is old.. He is saying that on items like Clams, and also this works works with gear like Leggings of the Fang (like each different name is a different stat boost) , they will change after you xfer. So example:

Before you xfer you have an unopened clam in your inventory and Leggings of the Fang, you open the clam and see clam meat inside, you don not loot it and close the clam. When you are done with the xfer and your toon is now on the other realm, you open the clam again and it nowhas a pearl. Also the Leggings of the Fang ave changed to another set on the loot table. This all means that when you xfer, certain armor / weapon / containers will cycle through their loot tables and you will get something different, depending on if it rolls on something diff.

So, if I buy one egg (Proto-Drake) and I open the egg and I see that inside the egg there is some junk,
if I then transfer will it be a 100% that the Green Proto-Drake will drop or?

No, he is saying that the possibility of the Proto-Drake dropping is the same but the fact that transferring the character to another realm (I used free realm transfer for this, then paid) will change the loot dropped from the egg.

Will work but you'd need slot of eggs to make up £15. Got to be lucky that you get one as well.

So if you ever plan on server xferring, always keep your cracked eggs with whatever inside.

Could someone try this with something like the large satchel of spoils? (loot valor emblems, leave gold, xfer, more valor emblems?) Could be a nifty exploit.
