    Insane in the Membrane guide

didn't really see any posts about this
    ------------------------------
    so here we go

The requirements for the achievement are:

    Honored with Blood sail Buccaneers
    Exalted with Booty Bay
    Exalted with Everlook
    Exalted with Gadgetzan
    Exalted with Rachet
    Exalted with Darkmoon Faire
    Exalted with Ravenholdt
    Exalted with Shen’dralar
    Now ways of doing it.

    Honored with Bloodsail Buccaneers

Now this is common sense, Murder, burn and pillage booty bay guards. As simple as that. Some may already have this and the lovely little hat.
One tip I can recommend is before you start your grind, shout up in trade chat that you’re going to be doing it and start a raid group. The more you get, the faster it goes (Plus you can “brb” get something to eat, watch TV or just browse pron while your rep shoots up with others doing the work for you).

    Exalted with Booty Bay
    Exalted with Everlook
    Exalted with Gadgetzan
    Exalted with Rachet

These can be done together, its not yet confirmed if you need to maintain bloodsail rep for the achievement so let’s play it safe. You’re going to need a total of 84,000 reps to get from hated to exalted.

You can kill Venture go in stranglethorn, wastewander in tanaris etc and get low rep, the most effective way I'v found is to do multiple runs of Dire Maul north.

Free Knot! - Quest - World of Warcraft– This grants 350 reps with all factions just kill a few ogres for the drop and do the quest. It requires the instance to be reset for repeats. Run speed items/skills are always useful, especially passive items and trinkets. This just speeds up the runs.

The Gordok Ogre Suit - Quest - World of Warcraft
    – for this you’re going to need 4 runecloth bolts (1 stack of runecloth), 8 rugged leather, 2 rune thread and Ogre tanning. This gives 75 rep per turn in, the ogre tanning can only be looted one per run I think and am located in the corner after going up the first ramp inside.

So now for the math 75k rep from hated to exalted, meaning you’ve got to do Dire Maul north 215 times (isn't that fun) or only 177 times if you do the ogre suit q as well.
On the bright side now you’re loved by both goblins and pirates, doesn’t that make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside?

    Exalted with Ravenholdt

To go from neutral to Revered its best just to slaughter The syndicate mobs in the old durnholde area of hillsbrad then from then on for non-rogues its fun; basically you need to turn in 5 Heavy Junkbox - Item - World of Warcraft You get 75 reps per 5 junk boxes so for the rep you’re going to need to go from revered to exalted you’re going to need 1,470 boxes. Might as well level a rogue and go to town on level 55+ mobs, or just buy me all if you got the cash.

    Exalted with Shen’dralar

Now a lot of people may ask “who the hell are they?” well there a faction within dire maul were you turn in librams of Focus, Protection or Rapidity that give helm enchants. And this is the only way to get rep with them.

So your going to need 84 Librams in total and the mats for there quests to get this done. Did I mention the books are unique? So you can only carry one of each at a time along with the mats needed for the q. a shortcut for this is either if you’re a engineer or know one. You post all the books to yourself then loot and turn them in.

    The mats are as follows
Libram of Focus - Item - World of Warcraft
    1 pristine black diamond
    4 Large brilliant shards
    2 skin of shadow
Libram of Protection - Item - World of Warcraft
    1 pristine black diamond
    2 Large brilliant shards
    1 frayed abomination stitching
Libram of Rapidity - Item - World of Warcraft
    1 pristine black diamond
    2 Large brilliant shards
    2 Blood of heroes.

Ill let you do the math depending on which librams you get
Pristine Black Diamond - Item - World of Warcraft– These can either be bought of the auction house or picked up in High end Vanilla raids/instances
Blood of Heroes - Item - World of Warcraft– rare spawn in plaguelands, look like blood pools with Armour near them, when you pick it up elite or 2 will spawn so be careful.
Frayed Abomination Stitching - Item - World of Warcraft(BOP) – Drop from the Elite abominations in Stratholme (the pre 60 one)
Skin of Shadow - Item - World of Warcraft((BOP) - these drops from bosses in scholomance, Lady Illucia Barov, Instructor Malicia, Instructor Malicia, The Ravenian, or they also drop from the risen bonewarders and constructs.

Please note these aren’t 100% drop rates so you there a pain to get for the bop ones.

    Exalted with Darkmoon Faire
I recommend starting of with the Quest turn ins until you max them out, the easiest for me was dense grinding stones and thorium widgets as the materials for these could be farmed at the same time. After that I hope you got deep pockets because your going to be turning in Darkmoon decks till exalted. Do have fun

I'm not sure what the consortium is doing in that list, but if you are trying to farm lockboxes, lbrs is a really nice place, you need about 1400 after you farm mobs to revered. If you just go into the entrance and pick all the mobs in the front then up into ubrs then back down to deeper inside lbrs you can turn around before the bridge and go back and farm the mobs in the front again, the respawn timer for pick pocket is really short, just don't kill anything.

I've also found that for goblin rep, farming the mobs outside ratchet (on the upper or lower plateaus, doesn't matter) is much better rep than doing turn ins, I can pull more than 1800 rep in an hour, you won't come close to that doing Free Knot.

It is confirmed. You do need to have all factions at the required level at the same time.
Edit: that means you should do bloodsail rep before steamweddle, else you'll end up with an even more insane grind.

Very nice guide It would be better if you make this guide than copying it from other website.

Heres a helpful hint for all of you trying to get this achievments, get the books for shrendalar rep while running dire maul for steamwheedle rep.
Also when you hand in librams you can go into trade and sell libram of rapidity and of focus to twinks who need them after all their leg enchants got nerfed.

That's what happened to me, when I heard about this achievement I went straight to Booty Bay and screwed it all up. XD Impossible to avoid, but it was so sad to see one exalted goblin rep and three others barely a thousand rep away go down the toilet, due to not having done bloodsail admiral. Done with darkmoon, almost done with shen'dralar, done with pirates, working on goblin and lockboxes currently. =)
