I was wondering is there a way or a possible program that will enable me to change my IP adress so i can make a new account and play on the private serve that i was once IP baned from.

Yes ur best bet is to change ur IP. You can either do it urself or call ur ISP depending on if u have static IP or dynamic IP

if u have dynamic I thnk you go to the cmd and ty IP_Config. but I might be wrong.

If you got dynamical IP, just try to reboot your modem or leave it off for the night, and you will probably have changed IP
