Selling low lvl weapons

and maybe like 5g to start or depending on how low the low lvl weapons are posted at right now

you can do this on an alt or a main character it doesnt matter.

if you have black smithing it would help because you can create the low level weapons your gonna be selling but it would be expensive in the long run to buy the mats for it i dont even know if you would make any money.

first you need to scan the auction house.( the scan button at the bottem of the auction house page)

what i did is click on weapons and in the levels i put 1 to 15 and the quality is uncommon.

since all the low levels guys who dont havean 80 to get the BTA weapon or its there first character there gonna want a weapon because it looks good cause it gives like +1 spirit or something

so what i did was i bought all the weapons that were up there that were for like 15 silver and stuff like that and i re listed them for 1-3g each

you have to keep an eye on the weapons though to make sure noone is posting ones for less money if they are buy it and resell it.

1) I don't like people who do this because many people are just starting, and so can't afford even that low 1-3g.


2) If you keep buying up everything that is undercutting you then you will keep losing money, and you can't always be there to make sure yours are the only ones.

However, if you search for 1-19, rares only you can always check for twink items that you can sell for some nice money.

Its possible to make money off of this. But, since the people who are new/poor most likely dont have 3g at that level, you probaly wouldent be getting much money (depending on the server). I also dislike people who do this, because its really messes with the games economy. You start at the low level items, and it somehow make all the other items more expensive. My servers items are really overpriced because of people doing this. My twocents

Yeah this allways works, whenever i roll a new char and am getting boosted through dm and wc i allways put the greens up for around that price and they sell like hotcakes <3

Yeah this always works, but it is a bit unfair for those who are actually new and starting out. Still an easy way to make money though

I don't think this is very effective way to make some extra gold. Selling twink items - would be nice. But just a low level stuff ... don't think so, especially with BOA items

This is what has caused low lvl's a few problems on my server.. A level 14 1H sword going for 15g, helms(level 30) going for 100g+(and there green)... Its horrible....

What I tend to do is look through AH after server restarts and bid on items that have stupidly low bids on them eg.Abyss Crystal with a 5g bid but a 100g buyout... I get about 25% of the items I bid on. Spend 100-500g a week and make about 1000g-2000g a week doing it.
