Your target Strat Undead side
Minimum lvl 66 (No stealth will not work to enter)
Make a macro

/target Hearthsinger Forresten

Youll want to enter from the UD side and turn left out of the gate and into Festival Square I believe the name is.

Hit this macro!

If he come up hes either to the right wich is an easy walk up and kill or to the left wich I get just close enough to pull and then pull him back to about where I entered. Use LoS becuase he'll shoot you.
If hes not there and you dont have an invisibility potion/stealth then run out and reset.

If he is not there then continue along the wall right until you see a small passage(to live side) way it looks empty but walking thru will spawn a few specters and alone they are a pain so hug the left of the wall and stealth thru crossing back to the right once your out of the above mentiond passage.

Hit the macro he should be a few feet infront of you. Kill him and run out.

Tip: Watch for box traps if your a dwarf make sure to use treasure track Holy water I find helps in Kara and greys/potions/greens can be vendored or AH'd. Make sure you wear the mark of the dawn youll get corrupter stones from each kill.
