Warlock - Tips for Keeping Pet at Platform Jump in Thaddius Fight

Hi there,

I know Wotlk has already been out for a while so most of you might know this fight like the palm of your hand already. For those who don't, these should be useful to you

1) Cast a Demonic circle on the ledge after u killed the mini boss. This will reduce down time should you fail to reach Thaddius' platform as u can teleport right up and try again.

2) Pets usually get stuck on the platform. Cast Eye of Kilrogg (should be around 4.5sec cast time) after you reach Thaddius' platform then dismiss it. Your pet will reappear next to you.

3) If there's a wipe and rez at Thaddius' platform. Wait for people to reach the other end and rebuild their health. Then cast a Demonic circle before u leave the platform. If you're in a decent grp, you'll be able to rebuff and kill the 2 mini bosses within 6min. After that, just press teleport.

/Dismiss and resummon works too. Will try the eye trick tonight and +rep you if it works. Always happy to find new lock tricks.

Edit: Tried this out and it worked like a charm. (not as quick as fel domination summon) but cheaper on mana/cooldowns. +rep to you.

Thank you all. I forgot to add that the Eye of Kilrogg trick is good for those who prefer to save the soulshard (except for imp of course).
