For this to work you need to have WoWGlider, which costs 25$. A good investment if you ask me, there is no better Bot anyway. (www.wowglider.com)
Its not free, but its the best and safest way I've thought out and seen this far. Why hire people for shitloads of $$$ or look like an AFK-moron in the entrance of AV/AB,WSG graveyard when you can look like an average HK-farming clueless noob without doing anything. So I decided to share this with you since this forum has provided me with some good things.
This Method is not detected by Warden, Glider is not and Auto Mouse is on low priority.

Things To Do
1. Get Glider
2. Get Auto Mouse 1.x and crack it (just google or whatever)
3. Get WoW (duh)
4. Get Battlebot-addon, BGassist or whatever that can autojoin/leave battlegrounds when you righclick a battlemaster.



Setup
This depends on that you have a clue about what you're doing and have read the Glider help file (which you should anyway.)
[ ] means empty, [x] means that you have it on.

Limits:
Rest Percentages: Health 1, Mana 1

Detection:
Followers: Alert after 999minutes, Log out: 999 minutes. Avoid same faction [ ], Avoid other faction [ ]. Movement: Jump more [x], Strafe [x].

Ressurection:
Auto ressurect [ ].

Misc:
Skip all looting [x]

Background:
Background Enable [ ]

You should also have Fight back against player [x] of course.
Set Auto Mouse to click in good intervals so your comp has time to process it, 5sec is good + 30sec idle time. I have the setup seen on my screen. You dont have to bother with the details there, since its not perfect and tweaked for me and my addon Battlebot, Test what works for you.
Click 1: To press Glider's stop button
Click 2: To press Glider's start button
Click 3: To rightclick Battlemaster

Set up a profile inside WSG or whatever you're botting, just be sure to run through where you join the BG, the graveyard and in some logical route that connects them + doesnt look stupid.

Explenation
Glider will automatically track the closest waypoint at Start(2) and position your character (and camera) in that direction. Depending on where you want to bot, you'll have to tweak step (3) to hit the Battlemaster with your mouse.
Since glider starts every 30sec it will eventually start inside a Battleground (as you autojoin it), the 30sec interval will also make your character move a tiny bit by Glider default programming, so you wont go AFK while waiting for a ress or waiting to enter a BG.
Since the camera moves about a bit then, logic says you have to tweak your camera zoom to always hit the battlemaster. I'm sure you can find some sulotion, don't spread your stupidity on me.


Result
I've got aprox 6k honor / 24 hours with this method. It will **** up every 20-run or so, so check on it now and then. 6 hour-periods are ok.

Be SURE to get Auto Mouse, any other 3rd part program wont work good with Glider.

Just got 1 problem.. with my path, because when i resurrect it doesnt move good.. it walks through the walls :\ (It wants to)

It shouldnt, it means you have screwed up with the ressurect settings. Glider thinks youre dead. Be sure to set your profile through the ressurect locations and if that doesnt work you just have to make a better profile.

Sorry for the long bump from March, but does this still work? (assuming Glider comes back from the 2.1 patch)

Is this Auto Mouse application detectable? Also, it sounds like you need to run it with WoW minimized... is that the case?

I am just looking for a current way to AFK through AV while I'm at work or sleeping...
