2009 Arena Tourney! [Murloc Pet FAST!]

This is a guide on how to get the murloc pet on the Arena Realm extremely fast.

First of the Arena Tournament registration costs 20 dollars and can be purchased on the official wow site.

Now as rules states if you play 200 3v3 games you will receive this ingame pet for a character on live (pet being added in 3.1)

--IF YOUR JUST LOOKING FOR HOW AND NOT BONUS INFO LOOK BELOW--
The fastest way to get the 200 games is as follows for those who didnt know and contrary to popular belief you DO NOT need to stay in the game till it starts to get the point for playing the match.

So... Well that means you can que in your 3v3 then the second you and your 2 partners are in just leave the battle by right clicking the arena icon on your minimap and clicking leave arena match. Then after one minute or when the gates would open you will see your arena tab being updated saying you have played another match and since the rules dont say 200 wins you can lose every time i also realized it doesnt seem to deduct as much points when your not in and lose.

So even if the timer aka the game hasnt started you can still que another 3v3 match and get into a second game i have easily gotten 2 game points within 10 seconds of eachother which beats the 2 minute waiting time most people are doing.

Of course this is for people who dont even want to pvp and just want the pet but thought it could help someone and if it did well then this guide was worth it!

It is a pet. Me and my team actually did 200 games, currently at 1693 rating waiting for murloc .

Won't you get like disqualified?. I read on WarcraftPets News and Updates - get the latest on Small Pets! that you will get disqualified if you are found out doing this.

It seems that some players have been /afk'ing out of the games as soon as they begin (presumably in an effort to minimize the time to reach 200 matches). Others have been entering the games without gear and without putting up a fight. Such actions are definitely not in the spirit of the competition. If these players are found in violation of the arena rules, it may result in disqualification of the team and its members.
