Halaani Whiskey has no level requirement and gives 20 stam, five more than black label. If you do you're explorin early you wont level that much goin to nagrand.
only real problem is the unique(3), but if you count in the bg Que time you might be able to squeeze in getting it... set hearth to shat and fly to telaar

only problem is the run from Shat, being that i really doubt any twink would have the rep with the kurenai to get the FP. (Course if you were really bored and had your twink die by some ogres while you farmed them on a seperate account for the rep to get to Nuetral, it may be more Concievable)
