[Vanity Item] Petrified Root item

Hi, first post here so be gentle.

I tried to search for a post with this item before but couldn't find any. If this is a repost let me know.

First, this is alliance only. So if you're horde don't even bother...
It's kinda hard to explain how the item looks so here's a video showing it.

You get the item from this Quest:
Twice Removed - Quest - World of Warcraft
When you take the quest you simply keep the item and quest.

There's a lot of fun thing you can do with this. I have personally macroed it into my Sinister Strike but you could macro it into spells like Arcane Shot, Arcane Blast, Heroic Strike and so on. It got no CD nor does it give gCD
It works in dungeons and BGs, no idea if it works in Arenas.

Update: The effect is Client-side only. The quest is a part of a chain-quest where the dirst one starts in Lor'Danel (darkshore). This quest is about 12 quests in.

The prequests starts in Lor''Danel (a small town located in the top of Darkshore)
It's maybe 6-8 quests into the chain

Okay, so started doing quests in Lor'Danel, did 12 quests before i got a quest to go find these guys, then you get it.

The item works as said, but is it client-side only?

Yeah, client-side only, confirmed by a friend... Cool find anyway!

Yes, that is exactly what client-side means. You can see it, but other players cannot.
